Noah has made it to Obsidia. His soul empowered by Hollow Symphony, an incredibly powerful Master Rune from the Night’s Shadow itself, he’s finally clawed his way back into the lands of the mortals. Noah is more powerful than he’s ever been before. But, even with Father dead, his troubles don’t seem to be getting any smaller. Everyone he cares about has been scattered all across Obsidia. Finding them would have been completely impossible if Lee hadn’t found him, bringing vital information with her.

For whatever reason, the Apostle’s disciples had registered everyone for a tournament happening in Aqua Terra — the home city of the Prophet of Renewal. An incredibly powerful Rank 8 woman who Noah isn’t exactly on the best terms with. And the Prophet is far from Noah’s only issue. Orlen and his Truthseekers are still hunting all of them, and they only seem to be getting bolder. The tournament he’s heading toward will also be gathering pretty much every dangerous mage in the empire into one spot. It’s the worst spot to try and pull anything ridiculous. But Noah’s escaped the Beyond. He’s escaped the Lost Citadel.

And if he has to tear the whole of Obsidia apart to get his students back safe and sound… then that’s exactly what he’ll do.
