Oblivion’s legions rise from the storm, and only one warrior stands in their way. At the decree of Freedom’s Ire, Hale and his marked must enter their next level of training—a time altering dungeon where death is routine. If they survive, each of the marked will unlock exceptional abilities necessary to face oblivion, leaving them forever changed, for better or worse. Hale must dive through impossible portals to become the weapon the realm needs, but refuses his mission until his terms are satisfied. His need to pry his brother from his uncle’s talons may change the course of an entire war. Time for negotiation is at an end.
